Bloom Collective

A Corona-based ministry offering impactful services.

Our Story
Our journey began with a deep desire to address a pressing need in the church: the lack of genuine discipleship and authentic community. After witnessing leadership failures and the rise of consumer-driven church models, we felt called to explore a crucial question: What if there was a more authentic way to live out the Christian faith? A way defined more by character than charisma. A way focused on loving others without the pressure to impress them.

What began as a monthly Sabbath dinner evolved into a weekly house church, embracing collaborative and intercultural ministry. Our goal is to help people grow in their faith, no matter where they are starting. By prioritizing faithfulness, simplicity, humility, collaboration, transparency, and integrity, we are dedicated to fostering spaces where individuals can draw closer to Jesus and experience the beauty of Christian community.
Our Values
Presence
We pursue the presence of God in and around us, and we seek to build meaningful relationships with others through prayer, worship, fellowship, and communion. We seek to strengthen, encourage, and comfort each other in the Lord.
Word
We have a high regard for Scripture, biblical literacy, and the prophetic. We believe that all of Scripture points to Jesus and seek to responsibly interpret Scripture so that we can better hear the Holy Spirit and walk in the way of Jesus. We recognize and honor the richness of diversity found in the body of Christ and hold space for a variety of interpretations and maintain a posture of “in essentials unity, in non-essentials liberty, in all things love”.
Formation
We intentionally posture ourselves to be continually formed into the image of Christ through practicing the spiritual disciplines and crafting a rule of life. While we seek to intentionally embrace the process of sanctification, we recognize that it is not solely our actions that produce this fruit, but the faithfulness of the Spirit to inhabit these practices.
Mission
We seek to be incarnational in our local communities, organically bringing the Kingdom of God where we live, work, and play. We believe that we are saved by grace through faith, while also holding in tension that faith without works is dead. We acknowledge that we were once lost but now found, and now seek to go out and find others.

Our Beliefs
A guiding principle for us in the areas of doctrine and practice is the notion of “In essentials unity, in non-essentials liberty, in all things love”. To define what Christian essentials are, we stand with the saints who wrestled with this question early in Christian history and whose conclusions stated in the Nicene Creed have stood for over 1500 years.

God - God is the creator, sustainer, and redeemer of everything that exists. He is the one and only God manifesting Himself in three persons - the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
Jesus - Jesus is the Messiah. He was sinless, yet he gave his life for the sins of the world by dying on the cross. He rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of the Father. It is only through Jesus that we can be restored and have new life.
Holy Spirit - The Holy Spirit is the active personal presence of God that empowers God’s people to live into the mission of the kingdom of God.
Scripture - The Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are a unified story revealing the love and character of God as seen in the life of Jesus. All Scripture is inspired by God and is Divine authority for all Christian faith and life.
Humanity - Each person is made in the image of God and therefore has value and purpose. Humanity was meant to reflect God’s love and character to creation but sin distorted that reflection, resulting in our need for a savior.
Salvation - We are saved by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ. We cannot earn this gift but we seek to honor this gift by growing in Christ-likeness.
The Church - All believers are children of God and are to carry out the mission of God by being empowered by the Holy Spirit to love and serve others and continue Christ's ministry of healing and reconciliation.
